Excellent service Fantastic communication through whole process. Would highly recommend. Box looked small when first saw it but amazing just how much can fit into it. We stored for 4 months everything was in exactly same condition as when we packed and nothing inside had moved. Would love to see a few tie down points installed inside the box to help secure items. Would definitely use again if ever moving again
We had the box delivered today and being on a busy road it was supposed to be a tricky job. Bu the driver Frank was very patient and made it look easy. All things considered a seamless experience.
Frank was wonderful to deal with and the fork lift was electric so super quiet! Frank happily answered my questions and even adjusted a box when I changed my mind. Great service.
Delivery driver Frank is a pro! Not only that, super friendly and went above and beyond to put the box in the desired location, and fine tune it so it functions as needed, on a bit of an uneven surface.
Professional with a super positive attitude, TaxiBox is lucky to have Frank onboard.

Ordering was easy however I had asked when ordering online and then again during the confirmation phone call regarding levelling of the container on my driveway which has a slight incline. The guy who carried out the delivery only had small chocks with him so could not level the container as required. Other than that delivery was quick and easy.
Super accommodating, helpful staff! When I got my redelivery halfway through the month, I was only charged for the time I used the storage. Great automated feature that tells you 30 minutes before the storage arrives, very precise. Loved the service, would recommend 10/10.

Frank was absolutely incredible! Not only was he a pleasure to deal with, but his forklift skills were top-notch. When we moved into our new place, I was worried about getting our TAXIBOX into the basement car park—it has a low 2.4m clearance, a steep downslope, and a winding layout. But the moment I saw Frank in action, my concerns disappeared. He maneuvered the forklift with such precision that before we knew it, our TAXIBOX was perfectly placed in the designated spot. The whole process was seamless. I was seriously impressed!
A big shout-out to Sean, too, who first dropped off our TAXIBOX for loading, and Grant, who handled the initial pickup. The customer service team was also incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. Overall, TAXIBOX exceeded my expectations—fantastic service from start to finish!
TaxiBox is a genius idea. Website is super easy to navigate. Customer service were helpful and accommodating everytime I spoke with them. Prices are reasonable. Everything that was packed was as I left it when I opened my TaxiBoxes after 4 months away. I recommend TaxiBox if you're considering using their services.
I used taxibox for an interstate move. The first part went well but when it came to unloading the box taxibox said they couldn't drop it off at my new apartment despite having a large loading dock with a 3.5m clearance. In addition to hiring movers to unload the box, reload onto a truck, and then unload again to my home, this meant driving an hour each way on move day. If I'd known that would be the experience, I wouldn't have chosen taxibox.
Jordan was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. Given the short notice, they still managed to accommodate our requirements, Big shout out to Jordan and the amazing people at Taxi Box.
The notifications and live tracking were very useful and helped us organise ourselves in advance.

Taxibox made the whole storage process incredibly easy from start to finish. Pickup, storage, and drop-off were seamless, and the team was great to deal with. A huge thank you to Danny for his precision driving—he expertly maneuvered the Taxibox under my carport with ease! Highly recommend their service.
What a fabulous service. We’ve used taxi boxes twice - for storing furniture while renovating and then before moving. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Very efficient, excellent communication, we also used the unpacking service which was also excellent.
Really wonderful service that moved my stuff interstate smoothly and cheaply. The staff are fantastic and helpful: the guy who helped me with the initial booking gave me good advice and was flexible with everything he could be to make it easiest for me. Drop-offs and pick-ups were painless thanks to the delivery window the day before and half-hour notice when it’s actually about to happen. I hired removalists through Taxibox for the emptying part and they were the sweetest and most efficient people. The only downside was getting put through to an overseas call-centre for the redelivery, where I was forced to listen to rote scripts that contained a lot of information I already knew. But I found that after that I could just use the chat and text message functions to trouble-shoot quickly and clearly. Would recommend Taxibox in a heartbeat to anyone moving interstate.
Had an amazing experience with taxi box, I’m a young female who was planning on removing all the heavy furniture on my own whilst emptying the taxi box. But the amazing delivery guy Danny was so helpful, went above and beyond and helped carry all the heavy furniture for me. 5/5 stars. I used Taxibox for our last move, and I experienced what I’ve been told at good level of service. Friendly staff, good costumer service, easy to load and unload.
The only issue I had, there is nothing inside of the box that I could use to fix my stuff. So, in case the box is not fully loaded, expect your stuff to be moved and maybe fall over each other, which I don’t believe, it is a big problem if you consider when you are loading the box!
