Manage Your Booking
- Access: Submit an access request to come and visit your TAXIBOX at the facility. Get stuff out, put stuff in, or play swapsies. You can access your TAXIBOX at our facility, 6 days a week or have it re-delivered to you to access at yours; all you need to do is put the request in so we can get everything ready for you.
- Re-delivery or Transfer: How’s this for storage!? No need to endure on-hold music ? when you can jump on our customer portal and submit a re-delivery or transfer request whenever. We’ll deliver your TAXIBOX to any address in our service area, locally or interstate or even to one of our other storage facilities across the country.
- Check Out: All good things must come to an end (but we’re missing you already *wipes tear*) If you’d like to empty out your TAXIBOX at our facility, you can now arrange your check-out at one of our facilities. All you need to do is put the request in so we can get everything ready for you.
- Date Changes: Last minute changes? We get it, happens to the best of us! Simply hop onto our customer portal to check our schedule and adjust as needed. It’s that simple.
Order an Extra TAXIBOX
Got more stuff than you thought, and running short on space? Order an extra TAXIBOX via our customer portal and we’ll add it onto your existing account. Get all the space you could possibly need (keeping in mind that additional delivery fees may apply).
Update Your Account
- Contact Update: Moved recently, or got a new phone number? While we might not be able to help you memorise your new digits, we can update your contact details for you – use our customer portal to update your account with all your new deets.
- Transfer: Want to transfer your account to someone else? Just fill out the details online, and voila! The new customer gets an email confirmation, signs the agreement, and TA-DA! The TAXIBOX is now their to take care of. Easy peasy!
Create a Photo Inventory or Cute ID’s
Storing your stuff with us, in one of our secure facilities? Keep track of what you’re storing at your place and what you’re storing at ours (in your TAXIBOX) by keeping a photo inventory. You can even give your TAXIBOX its own identity. Meet Monica, Joey, or any name that makes you smile. Whether by room type or pure personality, organising just got a whole lot sweeter.
