Paying for the Taxibox

Taxibox has an automatic payment system in place which makes it incredibly easy to pay for your Taxibox. If you intend to use the Taxibox for a number of months, the payments will automatically come out of your account.

The Right to Cancel

Customers also have the right to cancel or reschedule whenever they need more time to load up the Taxibox or who want to Taxibox delivered on a different date.

The reservation deposit for the Taxibox is refundable, but there are certain conditions that apply. In order to get your reservation deposit back, customers need to cancel more than 7 days before the day of delivery.

Customers who have scheduled the redelivery of their Taxibox, but need to reschedule are able to do so. We also ask our customers to give us plenty of notice to reschedule the redelivery of their Taxibox, preferably 7 days.
