How to Use Your Bluetooth Lock

If you’ve added one of our future-looks-bright style Bluetooth locks to your order, you can rest easy. Our Bluetooth locks are completely keyless, ultra secure, and easy to use. Armed with just an app on your phone, you can enjoy the convenience of all kinds of features, like:

• Providing remote access to anyone that needs it with one-off or recurring access invites
• Maintaining a log of anyone that accesses your TAXIBOX
• Never having to carry a key again
• Plus heaps more!

Here’s everything you need to know…

When you add a Bluetooth lock to your TAXIBOX delivery, you’ll receive an SMS that will direct you to a link. There, you can download the app you need to use your Bluetooth lock. You should receive that SMS when you book, or on the day of your TAXIBOX delivery.

Once the app is downloaded to your phone, you’ll need to: 

1. Activate your account
2. Activate your Bluetooth lock once you’re on-site, by pressing the bottom of the lock
