How does this whole thing work?
Here’s the scoop on getting your TAXIBOX from A to B (and back again!):
The Classic TAXIBOX Move (AKA We Do All The Driving)
- We Roll Up – Like a pizza delivery, but bigger! Our truck brings your TAXIBOX right where you want it.
- You Do Your Thing – Take all the time you need to pack your stuff into your TAXIBOX. No rush, no pressure. Need a hand? Just give us a shout!
- We Whisk It Away – Once you’re done, we’ll swing by, scoop up your TAXIBOX and take it to its temporary home (our storage facility).
The DIY Option (AKA Fetch by TAXIBOX). Feeling more hands-on? In storage Sydney, storage Melbourne and storage Brisbane, you can grab a TAXIBOX that’s already loaded on a mini truck and drive it yourself. Just pack up at your place, bring it back to us, and we’ll keep your stuff safe and sound. Perfect for all you independent types who like to take the wheel.

What can I store in my TAXIBOX Mobile Storage?
We store virtually anything in our mobile storage units, except dangerous materials—because safety first.
Here’s our No TAXI list:
- Explosives or firearms and munitions
- Anything illegal, polluted, toxic or contaminated
- Flammable or hazardous stuff (including batteries)
- Expandable plastics like foam mattresses
- Living things like animals or plants
- Perishable goods, food or liquids (but we’ve got our Cool Room for this!)

Are TAXIBOX Mobile Storage units weatherproof?
You bet! Our TAXIBOXES are tough cookies – like really tough. We’re talking wood composite construction that’s built to take whatever Mother Nature throws at it.
Each Mobile Storage unit wears a heavy-duty raincoat that keeps everything dry and cozy inside. No sneaky rain, pesky mould, or unwanted mildew getting anywhere near your belongings. Your stuff stays high and dry, even when the weather’s doing its worst.
Can I access my TAXIBOX Mobile Storage?
Need access to your TAXIBOX? No worries! You can access your stored belongings 6 days a week at our facility:
🕗 Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (AEST)
🕑 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (AEST)
🚫 Closed on Sundays & public holidays.
