Moving internationally with TAXIBOX is just as simple as moving locally. We’ll deliver your TAXIBOX to your location, you can pack at your own pace, and then we’ll collect it and ship it to your new address, even if it’s halfway around the world!
Once your TAXIBOX is fully packed with a detailed inventory and required entry forms, our team will take care of all the documentation needed for overseas shipping. If you opt for door-to-door services, we’ll assist with customs paperwork, clearance, and delivery once your belongings reach the UAE.
Why do I need to prepare an inventory list?
An inventory list is a requirement for customs clearance when moving internationally. The list should include your full name, TAXIBOX unit numbers, and your origin and destination addresses. But don’t worry—we’ll provide you with detailed instructions once you book.
How do I know how many TAXIBOXES I'll need for my international move?

Are there any items I can't pack in my TAXIBOX for an international move?
Yes, certain items are prohibited by UAE customs laws and should not be packed in your TAXIBOX. Including these items may result in delays, fines, or confiscation:
- Weapons or firearms (real or ornamental)
- Ammunition or firecrackers
- Swords, daggers, or spears
- Military uniforms or equipment
- Alcohol, spirits, or narcotics of any kind
- Banned drugs, large quantities of medicines (even with a prescription)
- Radio transmitters, drones, or communication equipment
- Statues or figures of animals with religious significance
- Human carvings or statues, especially nude figures
- Pornographic material
- Large quantities of foodstuffs
- Religious books not related to Islam, controversial political literature, or materials against the principles of an Islamic State
