Communication around delivery and pickup is excellent. The delivery service was fantastic - the driver made dealing with my tricky driveway look easy and the taxi box was placed in the perfect position.
Absolutely fantastic business. Service is top notch, excellent communication, friendly and efficient. We used Taxi box to store our excess gear when we sold and had open houses. It was honestly excellent. Highly recommend
Very easy process from starting on the internet to find storage, to the Taxibox reaching it’s final destination. Very competitive pricing but the most convenient aspect was having the Taxibox delivered to and collected from my moving address. Stress free experience, thank you to the Taxibox team!
Fantastic idea and drivers very helpful, but diabolical customer service through the call centre. The staff they use for sales seem to be completely different to the team who "help" you once you have handed over your money. Phone messages weren't passed on to the right people, they didn't call back after saying they would, and pickup time was brought forward by an hour with 15 mins notice - a whole lotta stress you don't need when moving house.
Used a couple of taxi boxes for a few months to reduce household clutter whilst selling a property and it worked out well, I think it was good value and one of the cheaper options for storage.
It was also convenient and allowed us to work at our own pace (between the booked windows for drop off/pickup and likewise for their return), typically dropping off Thursday picking up Monday so had the weekend.

Really impressed with taxibox and how easy the whole process has been. The website and booking process was simple, and I found they were nearly half the price compared to other mobile storage companies after getting quotes from 2 others. Steve from Sydney was excellent when dropping off the box. Will be using taxibox again!
Had a small Reno recently and needed to empty the garage. Absolutely loved the customer service and flexibility of Taxi Box, the team made the whole process very easy.
As I had two boxes a was also eligible for a monthly discount. I also needed a staggered return so did have to pay for extra delivery, but again this is reasonable.
Would highly recommend this service over using a local storage facility.
Easy to deal with, were courteous and on time, messaged me when expecting to be there in 30 mins. Steve and Steve were very helpful. Have a tracker you can trace movements on your phone. Would use again

Frank was incredibly accommodating to a last minute change of plans once the taxi boxes had arrived going above and beyond to make sure they were dropped off in a secure location for us.
The staff were amazing. From the person I spoke to on the phone to the delivery guy. So friendly and easy to deal with. The updates on expected delivery time and being able to track the driver really helped me to be able to work around the delivery rather than just sitting around waiting. Highly recommend.

One of the best customer service providers I have dealt with. Went out of their way to help; nothing was a drama. Made a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Cost was reasonable too! Very appreciative of everyone I dealt with at Taxibox. They followed everything up with sms, emails and phone calls; regular notifications of where everything was up to. So good, as I was organising from interstate.
